We are looking for a driven leader who wants to take ownership of and elevate our support operations!
At Milient, we are seeking an engaged and proactive Head of Support. In this role, you’ll play a key role in structuring and managing our support function across multiple countries and products while also staying hands-on with support cases.
About the Role
As Head of Support, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our customer service and support strategy for our SaaS products. You will lead a team of support specialists, build efficient processes, and ensure our customers receive first-class support experiences. The role involves close collaboration with product and technology teams to improve our solutions and tailor support to customer needs continuously. The role will be based in Oslo.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build a first-class support team across countries, nationalities, and products
- Foster strong collaboration across the organization
- Continuously improve and streamline the support department’s operations and deliverables
- Define, implement, and report on key support processes and KPIs
- Ensure effective onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members
- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance follow-up for team members
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks and resources across the team
Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years of experience in support within B2B SaaS
- 3+ years of experience in leadership and team management
- Solid experience and knowledge of ITIL processes and case management tool
- Relevant educational background
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is a bonus)
- Passionate about building strong teams and delivering excellent customer support
